OINK ACCOMODATION

Oink is a tastefully converted former piggery at Tregasso Farm in stunning Gillan Cove. It is quietly situated on a private tree lined lane that runs down directly to the beach in Gillan Cove.

The accommodation is split over two levels. The lower level has a compact, comfortable lounge area with log burning stove, together with a dining area and a well equipped kitchen.

The upper level has a beautiful bathroom and a double bedroom.

Outside, there is a decked area for alfresco dining, evening cocktails or a BBQ. There is also dedicated car parking space.

There is underfloor heating throughout and free WiFi.

LOUNGE

The lounge has a double height ceiling with exposed beams. There is comfortable seating for two people. There is a beautiful wood burning stove and an initial supply of logs and kindling. Additional logs are available at a small extra cost from the owners.

KITCHEN & DINING

Oink has a small, but well equipped kitchen for those who like to cater for themselves. It has:

Full-sized fan oven
Double induction hob
Larder fridge
Dishwasher
Cupboard storage
Crockery, cutlery and kitchen equipment

There is seated dining for two people indoors and a larger outdoor seating and BBQ area for alfresco dining or sundowners with family or friends.

BEDROOM

The snug bedroom has a comfortable double bed for a good nights sleep. There are blackout blinds on the velux windows and USB charging points for phones.

There are no planes, trains or automobiles to disturb your sleep here.... just the odd owl hooting!

BATHROOM

There is a separate bathroom with a generously sized shower, loo and sink.

The bathroom is conveniently situated between the lounge and bedroom.

OUTSIDE DINING

Alfresco cooking and dining is situated on a decked area with views down the leafy lane that leads to Gillan beach.
